Fellowship
A fellowship time is offered between the church service and Sunday School.Various groups in the church volunteer their service preparing light refreshments. Their efforts provide a brief time for fellowship.
Handbells
The Handbell Choir prepares music to augment the Divine Service. The goal of the choir is to accompany the various parts of the service and to play special music. The choir uses a three-octave (37 note) handbell set from Malmark. Membership is open to anyone in grade seven (7) or older. Those younger than grade 7 may join the choir upon audition. The choir rehearses at various times. Please call the church office for exact dates and times.
Choir
The men and women of the choir provide special music for the worship services. Not only does the group sing as a whole, but individual members sing as soloists, in duets, trios, and quartets, and special ensembles. The choir rehearses every Wednesday evening at 6:00 pm..
Altar Guild
This organization is a group of men and women who prepare the altar for worship services and maintain the sacred vessels and paraments. They also meet occasionally for Bible study.
Mary Martha - LWML
Mary Martha is a society of the International Lutheran Women's Missionary League. All women are considered members and are invited to enjoy fellowship, foster spiritual growth, and support the needs of missions at our church, in our community, LWML District, and in the world. They meet monthly from September through June on the second Tuesday at 6:45 p.m.
Prayer Chain
Faith Lutheran Church has four different prayer chains consisting of members of the congregation that keep the needs of the church, its members, and members of our community in their prayers. Special prayer requests can be directed to the group through the church office.
Quilters
Gathering the 1st and 3rd Mondays of every month for a sole and special purpose, the women of this group meet to make quilts for distribution by Lutheran World Relief to those in need.
Youth Group
The focus of the Youth Group is to grow in faith in Christ with other youth. They grow in faith and participate in fellowship activities, bible studies, and service projects, all geared to assist them in meeting the unique challenges they face as young people in today's world.
Greeters - Ushers
Men and women of the church volunteer their time greeting worshipers on Sunday mornings. They also help before and during the service with various activities.
